We accept most exchanges and return on clothing as long as the item is new condition and hasn't been visibly worn or washed.(clothing). within30 days of when your order was received. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on items other than clothing do to the delicacy of shipping/packing. However, in the event you have questions related to the crystals etc we ask that you email us at returns@abbysapothecaryco.com so we asses the situation together.  We do not accept returns for Gift Cards or Custom Orders.
